What is the Return Policy?
All returns must be done within 7 days of delivery due to shipping lead times, please contact us with your reason for your return and condition of the Item, all items must be returned in the original packaging and must be returned in the same condition it arrived in. There will also be a 20% re-stocking charge on each return.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by the quantity ordered and amount of units ordered, all orders that are over £2000ex VAT will be free!
Can I track my order?
Tracking is sent out for all orders, if you do not recieve your tracking please do send in your Invoice number and we will be able to get this sent over to you.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Unfortunately we don't currently offer International shipping, we only ship to the UK.

How can I place an order?
All items are priced ex VAT. You can place your order by using the contact page or via our dedicated business WhatsApp. Once you notify us of your order you will be provided with the MOQ per product and lead times along with a blank purchase order for you to complete and send back to us. You will then receive your VAT invoice with instruction to make the secure payment.
